Timberland and Pharrell Williams Collection Composed of Plastic Bottles
October 27, 2010 § 1 Comment
Singer Pharell Williams’ Bionic Yarn company has partnered with Timberland for 90 eco-friendly shoes and boots. “Timberland has been a part of my life since I was a kid,” said the N.E.R.D. star. The footwear will be constructed from Bionic Yarn canvas, composed of 50% cotton and 38% recycled plastic beverage bottles. Set to be released in January (sorry, no stocking stuffers here), be sure to save some Christmas cash so that you can snag a pair! B.J. is feeling it, who doesn’t love an eco-conscious swaggerific look? And with Pharell’s name all over it, they’re bound to be hot. More please!
“Beautiful, sustainable & durable” Bionic Yarn.
